A Comprehensive Approach
The Comprehensive Tutoring Approach:
a customized plan using assessment data to design individualized tutoring services to support your child’s growth
Step 1: Initial Consultation
During this meeting, Keegan will gather information and determine needs for assessment. Keegan will devise a plan for what assessments to administer.
Step 3: Resource Tool Kit (Optional)
Based on assessment data, Keegan will build a resource toolkit for families to utilize at home to support their student.
Step 5: Progress Monitoring
Throughout the tutoring process, Keegan will collect data to monitor student growth. A family meeting will be held every 6-8 weeks to review data and progress as well as evaluate the tutoring plan to decide if specific interventions need to be altered.
Step 2: Assessments
Keegan will administer the assessments. She will complete a thorough analysis and data review of assessment findings by compiling a written report. A results meeting will be held with the family to present key findings.
Step 4: Tutoring
Keegan will create an individualized and differentiated tutoring plan specific to your student using assessment data findings and family preferences.
